Chocolate cupcakes, chocolate whipped icing. Kosher for passover, and if anybody has ever tried a passover dessert, it's usually not too moist. These are one of the moistest (is that a word?) cupcakes I've ever had. I modified a favorite chocolate cake recipe to make it kosher, and used a whipping cream based icing. 1M tip
Used a 14" pan and quartered it to get to 2 big slices. Decorated with buttercream and RI flowers. TFL!

buttercream with fondant bird... made to go with the baby shower cake... not happy that the birds look more like fish, but they were supposed to match baby bedding (and they taste great)
