I made this for my husband who is a big fan of the Smokies. The baseball cap is made of Butter Pecan cake with choped pecans between the layers, cream cheese frosting, and fondant. I used the Wilton ball pan and a pattern of the bill on my husband's baseball cap. He loved it.
My granddaughter requested a cake with chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate frosting. I made a white cake, with strawberry filling, and chocolate cream cheese frosting. The stars and pop star are fondant, the props are choclate covered strawberries.

I made this cake in celebration of my friend's birthday and to God's faithfulness to her. The cake is Rich Yellow Cake (CC) and Cream cheese Icing. The decorations were made with fondant, RI and buttercream.

First time to make sugar cookies. I made these cookies with NFSC (from CC) to go with my grandson's Auburn Football cake. (see children's birthday cakes). I used Alice's Cookie Icing (CC) to decorate the cookies.

The weather was very humid and I had to put the cake and icing in the frig. several times to cool the icing before I could get it finished. It's a real chore dealing with the humidity in the south.

This was my first attempt at a 3 D cake. My grandson wanted a dump truck for his 3rd birthday. Thanks to the responses to my post, he got his dump truck cake. The cake was baked in 2 bread pans which were shaped to form the truck, then iced and covered in fondant. I used crushed peanut butter oreo cookies for dirt, grey colored coconut for gravel, cake balls rolled in powedered sugar for rocks, gummie worms, miniature marshmallows in truck bed, & a fondant dog in truck bed. maam1993.
