I made this for my husband who is a big fan of the Smokies. The baseball cap is made of Butter Pecan cake with choped pecans between the layers, cream cheese frosting, and fondant. I used the Wilton ball pan and a pattern of the bill on my husband's baseball cap. He loved it.
