This my very first wedding cake. Top layer is lemon with lemon fillin, second layer is chocolate with chocolate filling, and bottom cake is white with vanilla filling. I had hoped to do more but the client wanted what she wanted and there was no changing her mind. I did have problems with the frosting. But all in all I think it came out ok. But I would gladly except any imput.
This cake I made for my dads 75th birthday. I have a cousin that flies for Delta, and my DH and brither both ride motorcyles, and my dads best friend who is also my father-in-law drives a big rig. The cake is chocolate with vanilla filling w/ bcicing.
I did this cake for My Pastors" wife"s Birthday. Full sheet cake with 1/2 pineapple fillrd and the other 1/2 vanilla creamed filled. I am a little out of practice.
I did this cake for my church Valentine Banquet. They wanted it simple. I couldn't think of what to do. The hearts are white cake with strawberry filling and MMF. The bottom cake is WASC with stawberry cream cheese filling and BC icing.
This was inspirered by CCer freubelmuisje. A friend of mine wanted a Birthday cake for her granddaughter. They were having a winter theme birthday. I told her to go to this site and see if there was anything she liked. Well her granddaughter was looking with her and when she saw the snowman by freubelmuisje she went totally nuts over it. Pink w/ yellow ribbon roses. My sister came to visit and wanted a cake. She said that her favorite colors were pink and yellow. So that it what she got.

I did this for my nephew's 18th birthday. I was having a hard time trying to think of something for a guy. I saw this on this site by Scourtney. Wasn't even sureI could do it. Thank you Scourtney for your inspiration. Your cake was great. It is carrot cake w/ vanilla BC and MMF accents.
Chocolate Cake w/fondant and gumpaste accents.
Top is yellow cake and bottom cake is chocolate. Bot are covered wirh MMF. There are over a hundred apple blossoms and 3 fondant roses on top tier and a pressed fondant rose on the bottom cake. I need to practise my string work, but all in all it came out nice.
The pictures on the side my daughter drew. We just laminated them and stuck them on. Lynn loved it.
