Course Lll Finale
Top is yellow cake and bottom cake is chocolate. Bot are covered wirh MMF. There are over a hundred apple blossoms and 3 fondant roses on top tier and a pressed fondant rose on the bottom cake. I need to practise my string work, but all in all it came out nice.
I think your string work is great!! Really great final cake- only gets better from here.
