Gumpaste Roses And Calla Lilies
This cake really challenged me. I didn't know how I was going to put the gumpste ribbon on the cake untill the last minute I figured it out. I rolled it out at home put it in celophane and took it to the site and painted the scripture on it there and then put it on the cake.

Lingerie Shower Cake
This cake is chocolate kahlua mousse, yummy. The bra and panties and bow are gumpaste painted with red petal dust. The gift is fondant painted with luster dust. The trims on the buttercream cake are done in fondant. I used the pearl mold and lace mold obviously. I had fun with this one. But it was time consuming.

First Buttercream Transfer
O.K. I tried doing a buttercream transfer on both of these drawings. But the cat broke and I had NO TIME! So I had to do a really bad drawing by hand. The bear turned out O.K. This was part of my nightmare day I had today. I did two wed. cakes two grooms cakes and five extra sheet cakes for the back of the reception. Then I also did 110 snoopy cookies all packaged up for this wedding. Way too much to do for one weekend!

Nightmare!!!
This is a cake that was baked by the brides mother but she asked me to decorate it. She made extra 2-layer sheet cakes that she wanted me to ice and trim. The buttercream she gave me was really unstable. It started to slide off the sides of the other cakes. It started to fall on this cake too but I just prayed that it would at least stay on till I got paid and left. This whole experience was a major nightmare!
