Hand Modelled Birthday Cake - Little Girl In Plaster Cast For Physio...
This is a cake I made for my neighbour who is also my daughters physio assistant who puts my daughters casts on every three months... This is the first time I have hand modelled, (my last model, I used a wilton mould) I also did the first royal icing in a long time... the cake is fondant covered with roral icing decoration, The pearls are fondant, the little girl is fondant... the little black things by the chair are plaster shoes that my daughter wears so she can walk around on her plasters...

Fairy Cake- A Lot Of 1Sts
This is far from perfect, but it is my first stacked cake, my first fairy... all for my first born who is 13.... She adores fairies and these colours, each of my children helped me make the daisies so that they could have a hand in her cake. She has Aspergers and will love this cake despite it's imperfections... Please do comment, and add any positive changes I could have made. The wings were made with leaf gelatin and coloured with paste, all other decs made with fondant or gumpaste,,,

Scooby Cake
This was my first attempt at making a simple cake. I used the Wilton scooby cake, and iced with butter cream stars all over apart from the tongue and nose which I ran out with royal icing. The candle was a scooby candle I picked up from a store.... Please feel free to comment, I am very critical and think it looks quite amateurish but my son who had just met the 'real' scooby in Orlando was thrilled!
