Owners of the day spa I get my nails done at, ask me to make 500 cookies for their 2nd year anniversary. The cookies would be given to their clients. Cookies were made from the chocolate rolled recipe on CC, and "HarmonY' was written with RI. Went well, glad its over
Did this cake for a bride, she wanted a dummy cake and a sheet cake for the kitchen. Ivory fondant with fresh roses. She supplied the topper....I think it is a bit to big, but she was happy with it.
3 Layers of Chocolate fudge cake, chocolate fudge icing and fresh strwberries, a layer of Ding Dong fiiling with fresh strawberries, iced in chocolate fudge icing, wrapped with cigar wafers (hazelnut), then topped off with fresh dipped strawberries. Tasted wonderful, and looked pretty too when cut!!
White Almond Sour Cream cake, IMBC, and cheesecake flavoured pudding with blackberries for the filling. Logo is done in FBCT. The best tasting cake I have ever made. Love that extender recipe!!!

This cake was also made for the wedding show. Fake with MMF and the ovals are made with chocolate fondant. Inspired by antonia74's blackand white circle cake. Hubby said it was UGLY and nobody will like it...he was wrong!! People thought it was so "funky". This cake gave brides new ideas for their cakes. One was doing a autumn theme, so I said maybe white MMF with fall coloured leaves with luster dust on them. Hope she calls for an order!
Made one dummy cake and decorated it differently, about 3 times. Covered in MMF with purple and silver purplish ribbon. Needed pictures for my photo album for a wedding show.
This cake was made for a wedding show. The cake is fake, with MMF, silver ribbon, silver beaded garland and silver hearts on top. The ball on top is styrofoam. I also sprinkled mystical dust on the surface.
Oh boy what a story with this cake. Made it for a guy I worked with, for his daughter's 4th. Made plans to drop it off on the 22nd of December. Called him for 3 days trying to decide on a time for drop off. Can't get ahold of him! Well the 22nd came and went. He called on the Friday, saying his daughter got diagosed with leukemia and his house got broken into while they were gone to the hospital out of town.Well, my God! Poor family! Going to offer cake when she gets home.
First tier was cherry chip, second was french vanilla with extender recipe, bottom tier was marble. All layers were torted and spread with "chocolate ganache". (Thanks to all that helped out on my forum post on Friday night with the gananhe). Than the cake was covered in chcolate fondant and dotted with royal icing. This cake is a replica of the cake on the cover of Martha Stewart Weddings Fall 2006. Thanks again to all CC members for your help!
A lady found me listed on the web and called me to make a cake for her daughter. THANK YOU FOR THE INTERNET!!! It is made of french vanilla, almond BC Dream and almond flavoured fondant. With matching cupcakes .
My son made these for his daycare friends for halloween. Actually he only made 3 before wanting to eat them and he was starting to get bored! KIDS! We had fun while it lasted.
Just practice cupcakes. Could be used for a bridal shower, wedding shower even mother's day.
This is what the stand and cupcakes were supposed to look like at the wedding reception. Unfortunately I had to work at my other job and the hall had to set the stand up, but the did not do it properly. Oh well, it is finally over! Thanks to antonia for the stand instructions, my dad tweaked it a little bit.
