This cake was for my son's 3rd birthday. Slab cake was coconut cake with half lime filling and the other half was pineapple filling. The planet was made using sports ball pan. French vanilla with ground almonds, almond extract, poppy seeds and a touch of lemon extract. All covered with BC.

When I got to the hall the table that the cake was supposed to be on was VERY crooked, leaning about 45 degree angle. Had to add cardboard to the font two legs plus some under the cake borad just make it look straight. Nerve cracking!! Cake flavour is french vanilla, chocolate ganache filling and fresh fruit.
