Justin was a student who was in the FFA at school with my daughter and loved to show cattle. This is one of the cakes I made for the fundraiser in honor of Justin. "Hold My Heifer" was something he would say then leave you holding on to his cow. The picture on the top is a silhouette of him holding his heifer.

A friend's daughter was married in November. She wanted a cupcake tower with a two tier cake on top. Check out my cupcake tower! My husband made it from an old barn floor we replaced. He did an excellent job! The cake is lemon with lemon flavored icing along with some of the cupcakes, top layer of cupcakes are french vanilla with raspberry filling and buttercream icing, 2nd layer is orange flavor with orange icing, and bottom tier is chocolate with salted caramel icing.
