The Round Up for the Roses was a fundraiser held to raise money for the family of Justin Rose who was killed in a car accident. Justin was a student who was in the FFA at school with my daughter and loved to show cattle. This is one of the cakes I made for the fundraiser in honor of Justin. The "JR" emblem on the ear tag was Justin's own "signature".
