This is a first for me and I'm glad I got to practice it on a friends cake. Used a pipe flange screwed to a board, then a male adaptor & pvc pipe and then dropped the cakes over the pipe. Next time I definately won't fill one with strawberry, buttercream only. I had some settling issues but thankfully they were in the back.
This is probably my favorite dummy I made for this show. Feathers and beads on wire adorn the top. My husband says it's not a wedding cake but I had probably a dozen people rave about it. Someone actually took a picture with the dummy (weird).

The bride just wanted a star marking Tampa but it looked weird so I added "Tampa" and then the date of the wedding.
Took apart my white one and airbrushed it two shades of blue, piped the coral on it and rebuilt it. I like this one better.
Someone from Las Vegas contacted me to make ribbon flowers. (I live in Florida). This is how the cake turned out......
