I made this cake to basically go with the wrapping paper I found. It is layered blueberry and sourcream pound cke on the bottom and lemon and sourcream pound cake on the top and both have a light BC fill. It is covered/decorated in MMF
This is actually my 4th cake but it is my first topsy turvy. This was so nerve racking!!! It is chocolate cake w/ choc. BC, I think the cake was a little to moist because it did not feel real stable. It is covered with MMF and the animals are gumpaste.

This cake is covered with white marshmellow fondant and colored Wilton fondant. I say this a Wilton book and thought it would eb fun to try. I really enjoyed this and think I will do more!!
