Buttercream with fondant parts. Just a fun cake to practice with. I took it to my mom's work and got about 5 Cake orders. Sometimes free is worth it. I carved the bottom cake before frosting it.

French Vanilla Cake with Buttercream frosting and Strawberry Cream filling. It was awesome!! This is my 3rd cake. I used the paper towel to smooth it. I think it turned out great. (sorry pic didn't work the 1st time)

This is my 1st tiered cake!! It is french vanilla butter cake with layers of strawberry and layers of coconut filling!!! Super Yummy!! I made it for my mom's birthday. Fondant flowers and buttercream frosting.
This is a cake I made for my aunt who is big into horses. I put a branding on the side. She also has a great sense of humor!!! It was fun to make!! It is chocolate cake with Raspberry filling, chocolate buttercream frosting. Yummy!! I used two 9 inch rounds then carved it.
This was my 1st star cake. I used the Animal Cracker Pan. I made the horns with Almond Pase. Lots of fun!!
