Eclectic Wedding Cake
I really don't know how to describe this cake other than being very eclectic. The bride liked a lot of different design elements, but could never make a final decision, so she told me to do what I wanted. Fortunately she loved it. Buttercream with gumpaste roses and loops, fondant grape leaves dusted with pearl dust, silver dragees and ribbon that the bride provided.

Western Theme Wedding Cake
A fun cake to do. Lots of inspiration from other western cakes in the gallery. Top was fondant denim with gumpaste horseshoes dusted with pearl dust. Gumpaste sunflowers on all tiers. The other two tiers were buttercream. This was not the final setup, as they were picking up the cake. I just improvised with what I had on hand so that I could get a pictures. Hopefully I will get a picture of the final setup from the bride. She is going to add a cake top to the middle fence tier.

Rainbow Wedding Cake
Yes, this was a wedding cake! The bride did a rainbow theme and designed this cake. She was very specific as to what she wanted. Once I got it to the venue I decided it was just right. She had skittles scattered on the tables and lots of primary colors. Buttercream with fondant dots.

Fender Guitar
A Fender guitar without the headstock, modeled after the recipients actual guitar. The cake would have ended up being too big to deliver had it had the entire neck with headstock. Buttercream with fondant. The picture doesn't do the red disco dust justice. It looked really glittery! It was my first time using the disco dust. I wish I had more applications for it. It looks so awesome!
