6" & 10", with blue & chocolate fondant decorations, white icing is buttercream. The chocolate fondant didn't get as dark as i wanted it, but i think it still looks cute.

I made this wedding cake for my cousin. It is a 6", 10" & 14" all red velvet with cream cheese frosting. The pearls were made from MMF that i hand rolled and covered in pearl dust. I don't want to do another red velvet smooth cake ever again. i can still see the red crumbs even though i crumb coated the thing!
this is a 6" & 8" cake with a standard size cupcake on top. The board is a 12" round. It's all buttercream with fondant accents. I make this one for a little girl that loves rainbow colors. She couldn't pick a color, so she said she wanted them all. It was for her 6th birthday. Had no idea where to stick the candle, plus it was outside and too windy.
This is a 11 x 15 sheet cake, cut in half & stacked. I also used a 6" round cut in half for the top portion. I looked everywhere for tool candy molds, but couldn't find any in time for this weddding, so plastic tools had to do.

I made this for my Nephew...The cap is made from rice crispie treats covered in black fondant. The mortarboard is made from gumpaste, as well as the football & scroll. The bottom tier is covered in MMF. The honor sash & Jersey is also MMF. I had to travel a long distance with this cake and had a problem withthe fondant sticking to the side of the box...Next time I'll use a bigger box.
I made this for my grandfather who loves to play the guitar. The fret board is made from solid chocolate. The cake was carved from (2) 11 x 15 sheet that were stacked. over all this cake was almost 4 feet long. I didn't think about that when I was planning it our in my head. It almost didn't fit on the table. I wish I would have slowed down and done a better job on the strings, but oh well. He loved it.
This is a square cupcake tree I made at the last minute. I made the stand from foamboard and styrofoam blocks. Covered in butcher paper, then hot glued ribbon to the edges. The cake is covered in MMF with buttercream monogram. There are 60 cupcakes.
This is a cake I made. It was very simple, All buttercream Bead border on top & bottom. The flowers were fresh. The florist didn't leave any roses for the sides of the cake, so I had to make so. I think it turned out ok, but it would have looked better with them on the sides too. It's a 6", 10", and 14".
This cake is for a little girl who wanted a unicorn with wings, also known as a unipeg or pegacorn. The topper is a collectible from ebay. All BC with MMF ribbon.
Laundry basket with fondant baby "clothes". This cake turned out to be my 1st true disaster. It slid apart as I turned into the church parking lot. Lesson learned, always put a dowel though a cake, even if it isn't tiered. oh well, live and learn...
This is a Topsy turvy cake (12", 8", and 6") covered in BC and accented in MMF.. This is the 1st time I did the topsy turvy thing, and was very nervous about it. But I doweled it alot, and it made it all the way to the party without any mis-haps. Will make more of these, it was fun!
I made this cake in a hurry for my son. I had another cake picked out, but the night before he changed his mind and wanted this one. I had yellow football goals made from fondant, but they didn't have enough time to dry. I wasn't very happy with it, but he liked it, and I guess that's all that really matters.
I made this cake for a friend who is retiring back to Arkansas. It is made from a wondermold (the body) and the head is rice crispie treats that I shaped by hand. The legs are piped BC with just the coupler. The body is covered in BC. the "fur" on his back is a tip 26. The tusks and ears are made from MMF. I had alot of fun doing this one. I can't wait until tomorrow when my friend sees it!

I made this treasure chest for my sister's little boy. The top is made from rice crispie treats. I used bamboo skewers to prop the lid open. The cake is one 11 x 15, cut in half and stacked. The wood grain effect was done with a toothpick after the icing crusted. Chocolate coins and candies and plastic necklaces are on top.
I made this cake based on a wilton design, the glow endures. It is a 12",10", 6", then a 6& 8", another 6" & 8", and then a 6". This is one of the largest cake I have ever done. The ruffle around each tier is made with a tip 81.
This is another Harley cake. This has really become popular in my area. The logo is a FBCT. With buttercream with chocolate drizzle. The board is covered in wrapping paper.

I made this cupcake tree for my son. It was the 1st time I made a cupcake tree. It was a hit at the party. I liked it because I didn't have to stand and cut cake. I could actually sit and talk to people at the party.

This cake is all buttercream. It's a 8", 10" and 12". I wasn't very pleased with it. I have decided that roses aren't my thing!
