I made this for my Nephew...The cap is made from rice crispie treats covered in black fondant. The mortarboard is made from gumpaste, as well as the football & scroll. The bottom tier is covered in MMF. The honor sash & Jersey is also MMF. I had to travel a long distance with this cake and had a problem withthe fondant sticking to the side of the box...Next time I'll use a bigger box.
