My cake placed for the King Arthur Greatest Cake at the Minnesota State Fair. (The world's second biggest fair.) Then I got to demo it on local television.

Scandinavian Holiday Cookies
Very, very, very large order of Holiday Cookies for employees of the corporation supply division. They wanted it to look Holiday but not Christmas. All cookies had their individual tins with shredded grass to ship around the US.

Tiffany's Wedding Cake
WASC with Raspberry BC. A 6" square top, 10 inch round middle and 14" square . Contained handmade gumpaste/fondant Yellow, Orange and Red Gerber Daisies, Calla Lilies, Tiger Lilies, Roses and ribbons and leaves for filler. Thank you for looking.
Throw Down Loser
The Loser for throw down between myself & Couturiere. Had to be totally edible and the theme was Ribbons & Lace. Two-tiered pound cake covered in white fondant with pink gumpaste carnations, yellow, pink/lilac colored roses, white plunger flowers, pulled lilac flowers, & yellow fantasy filler flowers, along with rose leaves, ferns & gumpaste ribbons. Fondant ribbon inserts with bows, RI lace butterflies & lace points on extension work with "poor man's" lace on the bottom to finish. Critique Subgroup Mbr.
