I used the sports ball pan for the main part of the hat and then cut the brim from fondant. The logo on the front was created by pressing fondant into a chocolate mold of the cubscout logo.

This cake was based on a cake that I saw in Family Fun magazine. They did theirs in buttercream, I did mine in fondant. The lights actually lit up! The mound of dirt was made with the wondermold, covered in chocolate buttercream with smashed oreos. Fun and easy cake to do!
I did this for a 16th birthday for a boy. They added the 16 candle at the party. wheels are rice krispy treats covered in black fondant. Proportions were difficult, and off, but they were happy with it. The headlights actually lit up. They were battery operated lights that I got at Wal=mart for a $1!
This was a bridal shower cake. The dress is WASC, the pink section was triple decker strawberry and the brown was darn good choc. cake. All fondant, all edible except the bust, which was a doll pick with the head/arms taken off. Royal icing butterflies on the side. 15 inch and 9 (I think) hexagons. Thanks for looking
