Purple Princess Castle
I used the Wilton kit for this cake. The outside was done in MMF, Buttercream, and Royal Icing. All of the flowers were royal. The towers are not that stable so I glued them in place with lots of royal icing and then covered it up with the green buttercream. This was based on the Wilton design found on the box for this kit.

Baseball Diamond
I saw a picture a few days ago on this site with a similar cake. Sorry, I didn't save it as a favorite, so I'm not sure whom to credit. Anyways, I used an 8" two layer cake and then cut it to the shape of a baseball diamond. It is covered in chocolate buttercream with fondant accents. I used two crushed vanilla wafers for the pitching mound. The flags were made with fondant on sucker sticks.

Pencil Cake
Here's a pencil cake that I did for my fellow teachers for our last day of school tomorrow! I call this my Neopolitan cake because from eraser to top it's chocolate, yellow, and strawberry cake. Buttercream icing. MMF on outside. I used 4 DH mixed to make this. It's about 2.5 feet long and 8-10 inches wide! It was fun to make! Thanks again to Cake L8T for all your help with this! I also use 1/2 inch foamcore board as my base. I decorated it like a sheet of loose leaf paper!

Pinewood Derby Car
I did this cake for my son's scout group. They were doing a cake auction. I thought this was a great idea since they just had their pinewood derby! This is the first time I've had to "shape" a cake. I've only been working with MMF for about a week and still need to figure out how to make it more smooth! I'm happy nonetheless!!
