Cow Birthday Cake
I made a holstein-like cake for my dad's birthday party tomorrow. My dad is a dariy farmer, that's why I did the cow theme. It is covered in MMF, but the spots are Wilton pre-colored fondant in black. The cow is plastic and came from Farm Fleet! I haven't made anything for about 3 months due to moving.....and I was a little rusty. I think the new Wilton globes I used look cute though! I should've tried to make the cow out of fondant, but I ended up doing this at the last minute.

St. Patrick's Day Cake
This is covered in MMF and painted with a few colors of luster dust, then the whole thing painted with super pearl luster dust. Royal icing shamrocks and clovers, color flow shamrock on the top. I used the smallest cutter of the Wilton square fondant cutters to make the square impressions. It was hard to make the sqaures line up, but oh well, I'm over it! Practice makes perfect I guess!

Blue/brown Cake For Fun
I have a party to go to tonight, so I decided to get in some cake practice....It is covered in chocolate MMF (I used Hershey's Special Dark cocoa, made it a nice brown!) Circles and stripes are fondant, borders are buttercream. It turned out kinda like I pictured it to be.....and I learned chocolate MMF is YUMMY!!!

Birthday Cake Cookies
I made a few of these to send to my mother-in-law for her birthday. I hope they arrive without breaking! The flowers are made of royal icing, floodwork is done with Toba's icing, outline and other details with antonia74's icing. Used the chocolate roll out recipe from kitchengifts.com, yum!

Valentine's Cookies
I made more valentine cookies...this time I tried the chocolate roll-out cookie recipe from kitchengifts.com (they taste yummy! I used Godiva chocolate liquer in them). I made the little chocolate "love" heart out of candy melts. I used mainly Toba Garrett's glace icing and antonia74's icing for decorated cookies.

Course 3 Final Cake
Tonight I made my final cake for course 3. I covered it in MMF, roses are made of royal icing, hearts made of color flow, both covered in luster dust. I'm kind of proud I learned so much in 12 weeks! I have a lot more to learn, I just need to keep practicing! I will miss cake class now that it is over.....
