Thanks everybody for the compliments, they always make my day! You can find Toba's recipe on kitchengifts.com, if you Google "Toba Garrett icing recipe", it is the first "hit" that comes up! And you can replace the milk with water (I have done it both ways, and don't feel it makes a difference, except the shelf life of your icing is longer!)
