This cake was for a girl who loves Lily Pulitzer patterns. It was a surprise for her & her Mom asked me if I could do a pink & green theme in a LP pattern. I believe it was called limeade floater, has seahorses & flowers through out. Buttercream & fondant accents. TFL

This cake was for a sports loving family, whose little boy was turning one. I made a matching little smash cake that I forgot to take a picture of & matching cupcakes. I'm new to the fondant sculpting, does anybody know any good tutorials? BC with fondant accents, I made shorter layers as per customers request. TFL
This was a small tiered cake for a 2 yr. old who loves Miss Spider. I had matching cupcakes to go alond with this order. I was a little nervous to make 3D fondant characters, but I was happy with the way they turned out. Everything else was buttercream.
Tier's are 6,8,12 & 14. Chocolate cake w/ whipped choc ganache & Vanilla w/ white chocolate cream, Buttercream icing. Used my cricut for the designs, & diamond template for the square cakes. Ribbon was chose to match bridesmaids dresses. I wasn't so excited about the topper chose for the cake. It was the bride dragging the groom. I think it turned out okay though.
This cake was a 6- choc. & vanilla butter, 8- vanilla w/ french pastry cream, & 10- choc. w/ cookies & cream. Pink buttercream & fondant accents. I used my cricut for the one, outside of the blocks, butterflies & grass. It luckily took the 101 deg. weather for a outside b-day party. Yeah

This cake was for a grad. of pastry/dessert school. My first 3D gumpaste figure. I learned alot from it. Also my first time using my cricut cake mach. Big learning curve there. She was very happy with her cake!

A half sheet choc. cake stacked with a 8" & 6" vanilla butter cake all buttercream icing w/ fondant accents. Top apple, worm, & book are made out of fondant & cake. The kids got a real kick out of the cupcakes with stars & their names on them. TFL
My first wine cake for a fundraising auction. The cake was choc. fudge w/ layers of raspberry cream & dark choc. ganache (mmm good). All decorations with fondant & white chocolate for the shaving inside the crate. Any pointers on making a better crate next time would be encouraged. Thanks

Cupcakes were the request, so I tried my best to decorate them in a way to resemble a cake. She wanted a cheerleader theme to go along with her 13th birthday. I used buttercream & fondant decorations.

I made 124 of these guys. They matched the three tiered wedding cake I made for this wedding. I do love to make a ton of cupcakes over sheet cakes anyday.
This was a 6,8 &10 inch tiered cake as requested by the bride. She asked for marble cake & all buttercream icing. I made all the leaves from fondant. In addition I made 124 cupcakes for this wedding. What fun I can't wait to do it again.
