Spring Whimsical Flower Cake
This cake design we originally did as a Topsy Turvy. Then a Spring bride requested that we would replicate the design in a straight round shape...and so we did ;-). We had tons of fun working on this cake and mixing in colors for each one of the rosettes. Thank you for viewing and Enjoy! Happy Baking to all ;-)

Valentine's Cake
Thank you for viewing our cake. This cake was done for a very special lady who was turning 50 years old. This was a fun challenge as one of the techniques used is that of overlapping icing. It is a fun cake that can be used for basically any occasion. If you have any questions about this design, feel free to e-mail me. Thank you again and Enjoy!

Tile Work Wedding Cake
This cake was done for a special request of a blue, yellow, and white color palette. I loved working on this cake because it resembles tile work and it was done for a wonderful wedding coordinator friend. The technique used where cutouts. Each tile was hand painted. The hand paint work took 10 hours so do allow yourself plenty of time to accomplish this particular design. You can also do different shades of a particular color to resemble the uneven shades of a tile after it has been burnt in the oven. Thank you for viewing this cake. Enjoy!

Whimsical Topsy Turvy Cake
Thank you for viewing my picture. This is a whimsical topsy turvy wedding cake (I have to give credit to Colette Peters for coming up with such great technique back in 1985). I used 11 techniques and has been one of the most memorable cakes I've made since I had lots of fun and enjoyed the challenge :-). 2006 Wedding Cake Contest Winner
