This cake is chocolate with chocolate mousse filling. Made the arm out of fondant, and the blood is piping gel. The edge is looks like an EKG reading.. will post another of that one.
I did this all freehand- and made many mistakes so it isnt perfect and there are some orange smudges- cupcakes to match with mini HD symbol on them. Everyone thought it was great (were our own worst critic right??) Chocolate cake, buttercream ... and excuse the messy table.

This is a cake I did for a co-workers birthday. All buttercream, flowers brushed embroidery. Chocolate cake, and chocolate mousse filling. The side view shows little leaves and more flowers on the sides.
For my sons birthday, white cake with bavarian cream filling. He didnt ask for much, was pretty simple. I used the wilton spray color to spray this cake green.

This was my first cake- our WMI let us be a little free with our design- didnt make us do the rainbow.
This was all almond buttercream, each rose had a hershey kiss for the rosebutd (nice suprise). The brides colors were red and white. For a bridal shower.
This was for a very small wedding, all buttercream flowers, almond flavored buttercream on the cake. White cake with bavarian cream filling. This is when I learned that I like doing line work.
All buttercream, white cake and strawberry filling. My nephew loved it. I uszed a basketweave tip to properly measure for the checkerboard, then just filled it in with the same tip, and used the cake icing tip for a perfectly measured race track. My nephew loved it and I was so glad because he is so picky!!
