They were No fail sugar cookies with CK royal icing, edible frosting sheets, and gold highlighter dust, individually packaged, and the bridge made custom stickers with their names and date to seal. 104 of these little guys took 3 1/2 hours to wrap!

Inspired by Pink Cake Box, a client wanted this cake but lived two hours from the bakery, so she asked me if I could recreate it. It was a lot of fun to figure out and to put it together. I used a 1/2 sheet cake, trimmed it and cut it into fourths. I then stacked with buttercream and covered with the fondant "bag". I piped buttercream into the top of the bag, and made tissue paper from red fondant and freeformed it. The pearls are pearlized fondant, the handle is black fondant, as well as the lipstick
Chocolate fondant covered 1/2 sheet vanilla cake with whipped ganache filling. Green circles are done with fondant. I really loved how this turned out!
175 cupcakes, 5 flavors, 2 frostings and 175 buttercream flowers, man am I tired! I also made the chocolate covered styrofoam dummy topper with swags of pink fondant.

10" hand carved heart shaped sponge cake with lemon curd filling. I'm happy with the way the heart came out. Saved me money on buying heart shaped pans! Calla's are gumpaste and painted with petal dust, my first! I had to cover up the cracking at the base with the leaves, can't see a thing!
10" square cake with buttercream. This is what color I got when I used super black, kind of a weird purple, very disappointed. Swords and coins made of gumpaste.
This was a challenge! How to combine the two into one cake! I had a hard time coming up with the dance party cake, but knew what I wanted to do for the pool party. This is my first attempt at sugar people, and boy is it tough! Lots of toothpicks!

The client ordered a box of candy from the 50's and wanted a cake that resembled it. this was so much fun researching the candy and creating it.! The cake is a 9" square chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge filling covered with fondant and airbrushed to look like cardboard. The tissue paper is fondant, and the candy is fondant airbrushed base color, and royal icing details.
Chocolate Fudge cake with fudge frosting. I made chocolate transfer plaques for the base and crushed the rest to make "shards" for the top. A contrast of soft and sharp! My first time with the transfer sheets, they are so easy!
This was made for a 25th wedding anniversary but could easily be a wedding cake. It is vanilla buttercream airbrushed with silver, with a royal icing lily, which I added at the last minute because it looked too much like a wedding cake!
10" square cake with fondant. I rolled out the background light pink, then laid dark brown rings, and spots of hot pink inside, then rolled it all together and painted with luster dust. I think I would have added more spots!
