This cake was done for a benefit auction. It is a 10x7" chocolate, oval-shaped cake, iced with vanilla buttercream. The "Cars" logo is an edible image the grass and track are airbrushed. The vehicles are Wilton party favors. I hope it does well and someone loves this cake as much as my 6 y/o son does!

Pink Poodle
Made for a friend's child that shares a birthday with my daughter. The cake did not rise well for some reason, so I had to re-bake! Rather than throw out the first cake...I upgraded her order to a double layer as a gift! The stripes and writing on the sides are airbrushed. The poodle drawing is with help of a projector!

James & Kristy's Heart Cake
This is my first heart shaped wedding cake, and it was not as difficult to ice as I feared it might be! It is for a very small wedding...the top tier is a 4", the middle a 6", and the bottom layer is only an 8" heart. The daisies are fondant, my first attempt at these flowers in fondant. I love this cake!

Sugar Free 6
This cake was made to go along with the wedding and groom's cake, as several family member's are diabetic. It is Sugar Free, made from a Sweet n' Low cake mix (I substituted milk for the water called for on the box, and added 1/4 tsp. baking soda to the mix), it actually tasted pretty good! The Sn'L icing mix tasted NASTY, so the cake is iced in a VERY thin layer of chocolate buttercream!
