6" round BC cake with fondant / GP dots with royal icing accents. This was for my 91 year old grandmom.

Fondant slats were made in advance and then put on the buttercream based bake. The apples are real (crab apples work for small apples). My friend owns an orchard and it was for her. This was 4 layers of cake.
This was the 2nd time I did this design, now in different colors. For a 1 year old B-day. an 10 in bottom with a 6" top tier.
This was my first cake using pipes. The body was carved from 1 9 x 13, one oval pan and one 8" round pan to fill in. The head and neck are RCT. This was a lot of fun to do and also a lot of time.
