Death By Chocolate
Flavor wise this cake is great - brownie bottom, chocolate ganache, mocha mousse, chocolate meringue, another brownie layer, more ganache, and chocolate mousse on top, and oh yeah - chocolate tiles on the side. I make this cake exactly 1 time a year (for my husband's birthday). It always tases great, but looks terrible. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I had problems with getting fingerprints on the chocolate tiles. Thanks for looking

25 Th Anniversary Cake
Made for my SIL and BIL 25th anniversary. Bottom tier is pina colada cake, top chocolate fudge - both filled and iced (very poorly) with cream cheese icing flavored with parrot bay rum. Could NOT get icing smooth - the more i treid, the worse it got. My first fondant bow - other accents are fondant too. . I realized after I took the picture that I missed some pearls by the monogram, but I fixed it before the guests arrived. Thanks for looking!

75Th Birthday Cake
Made for my grandmothers 75th birthday - not what I planned, but it's okay. I wanted to do fondant covered tiers-quilted on the bottom, brushed embroidery on top, but choc mmf was disaster. Salvaged enough for diamonds. Cake is yellow cake with choc/hazlenut bc icing and filling. Pink icing is bc. Thanks for looking!
