On the off season I started to make cakes because I just love trying different recipes and perfecting my Mexican recipes for pastry and cookies from my Native Country that have been passed on to me by my Grandma, Mom and great aunts. I started getting orders once friends and family tasted my sweets. It’s still just word of mouth not at all on a large scale, It’s fun this way, very enjoyable.
