How to Make Eggnog Christmas Cupcakes

Here’s a great Christmas cupcake idea, Eggnog flavored cakes with eggnog flavored frosting. These cupcakes are great for serving to your guests this holiday season.

Eggnog Cake Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar (200g)
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (160g)
1 cup eggnog (240mL)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Eggnog Frosting Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter (180g)
2 1/2 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar) (250g)
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch salt
2 1/2 tablespoons eggnog
