I thought this would be fun. What's your favourite tool or mould to use when you're decorating cakes? I don't mean a tool that has a function like a scraper or a dresden tool. What mat or mould or cutter do you have that you love to use and get especially excited when you get the chance to use them? For me right now it's my lace mat which is new and lovely! I also love my staple petal tip for making buttercream roses and for all sorts of buttercream cake decorating technqiues (ruffle, petal etc)
