Has anyone used Stover and Company to purchase supplies from?  There prices are quite reasonable compared to others, even with shipping.  I just wanted to check and see if anyone uses them and whether or not they are happy with this company??  Thanks guys!!

ASTOVERCOMPANY.COM is the BEST!!!! I can't say this enough!!! I have purchased nearly 100lb of chocolate in less than 2mo. I have also bought great quality flour. BSM brand, sugar and baking powder. The chocolate is uber cheap. $20 for 10lb Merckens and $34 for 10lb CALLEBAUT. Ryan, the owner is a sweet person and great to deal with. You won't regret it, trust me!

Thanks so much for the info!  I have been buying my Hi-Ratio from them since my original post and they are great so far!  Maybe I'll have to start getting my chocolate from there too...

I suggest you get in touch with Stover & Co. Ask them: If I ordered this and this, how much would the shipping be to zip code _____.

Well for me, this is not fesible. Shipping is almost the same price as the product (Hi-Ratio Shortening)

Rediculas

ditto.  Shipping to Alaska is expensive.  It's been really nice to find so many homemade recipes for things like modeling chocolate and fondant.

Now if I could just get my DH to build me a trans-fat shortening maker.............

If you are looking to ship to Alaska, you would be better to call and place your order with customer service, and ask for Ryan.  UPS charges 2x more to Alaska than USPS.  USPS takes a bit longer, but it is 1/2 the price.

Shipping 50lbs is expensive, and that is why we tried to make the price as affordable as we can.  We do not make any money on shipping, but charge what UPS charges us.
