AI'm in Houston and for the longest THOUGHT I couldn't find it. I then realized, that it's at the cake decorating stores but you have to ask for that. They keep it in the freezers I guess. Hopefully somebody can have a definite answer but you could try that if you haven't.
GFS Market has Bettercreme. $5 a quart. When I bought it from my local cake store, it was $8 a carton, 6 years ago.
AThere are no GFS stores in the south :(. Well except Florida.

I am looking for them as well in Ga...has anyone found them? Limited on cake deco stores too.:(
AIf you have a stand mixer, you whip it up with the whisk attachment. You got to watch it though because you can over whip it, and once you do that it's a wrap lol. You have to throw it out.
Ask me how I know haha

Is it the same stuff Publix uses? Has anyone ever tried to buy some from them? Also, how DO you prepare it once you do have it?
What's the name of the stuff from Publix?
