AI'm just starting out in this buisness, I've usually only made cakes my family. Now i have , friends of friends asking for cakes, cupcakes, cake and brownie pops. I truly dont know where to begin. I do know I want to learn all I can (should I take classes) because I want everything I create to be enjoyed

AThanks , I have been reading a lot online, magazines ,watching you tube videos and tutorials. I have been selling lollipops and cheesecakes for sometime now, would really love to start making hardcandy.... do you guys know of any online classes for baking/fondant or gumpaste. I am the single mom of three, I'm trying to fit something into my hectic life (something for me :)
