I am thinking about purchasing this item. Does anyone have it or know how many cupcakes it will fit? I am using the top tier for a cake so it'd only be the bottom two tiers (the site says they are 10" and 13"). I don't want to buy it if it won't work (needs to fit 24 cupcakes). Thanks!

Probably not. You might consider using a glass platter on the bottom or restock it as needed.
I think the bottom one alone would fit close to 2 dozen. You can arrange them 2 or 3 deep. I have a set from Hobby Lobby (they look similar in size) and I can fit about 4 dozen on the 3 tiers. You could try with similar-sized cake pans and just leave a small circle in the middle open for the bottom of the tier above.
