Pipe A Shamrock

i don't want to do the outline and fill method. is there a way to straight up pipe a shamrock/clover?

If you mean in one swoop with one squeeze, probably not unless using a cookie dough plunger w/that attachment.  Otherwise, you'd pipe a heart in two motions, repeat (2 or 3 times for 3- or 4-leaf), plus add a stem.

OK 3 hearts, that makes sense! 

That would give the leaves a little texture too.

Each leaf one heartish petal shape with a dip in the middle using a 102 or 104 tip. Start them at 90 degrees to each other.
