Inspiration came from a website called Use Real Butter. Jenn's directions were spot on. Chocolate roulade and Amaretto infused whipped cream rolled up, then sandwiched in between two vanilla chiffon cakes that were drunken with vanilla simple syrup. The cake is iced with Amaretto flavored whipped cream. I got a lot of "ooos" and "ahhhs" as were cutting into it.
