My 1St Chocolate Ganache!
Made this one for a restaurant, who ordered it for a rehearsal dinner. My 1st attempt at choc ganache and I was amazed how simple it was! The cake was icing in BC, then the ganache poured over it after the BC had crusted. The strawberries were cut in half with the flat side against the cake. I used BC as a "glue" to adhere the berries to the side of the cake.
