This is what I made for my best friend's birthday. Chocolate cupcakes with chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the batter. Frosted with chocolate Bettercreme and topped off with a chocolate monarch butterfly transfer! Thanks CCer's for inspiration! Enjoy!
