This is my first chocolate transfer.. Thanks to Cali4dawn (Dawn) she tough me how to do this last year and I just finally got around to using it .
We are celebrating everything today. All of our birthday's, Easter, St. patty's day, the whole she-bang. I got Josh started with this by icing it and doing the outline. He did the rest. This is not his first cake, maybe 3rd or 4th. He just turned 13 in February.
This is a white cake with colored coconut on top and a chocolate egg in each square?? Just something simple... it was ordered yesterday at noon to be picked up at 5pm... So I made it as simple as I could..

this was for my daughters 9th bday;she's crazy for cheetahs!! the cheetah was lamb pan that i cut the ears and nose off of. i built them back up w/ straws and foil that i covered w/butter cream. the legs and tail are all butter cream.granulated sugr is the "sand" and the base is a full sheet cake.
