Loaded Drip Cake
Chocolate decorations, macarons and buttercream atop a pink marbled Swiss buttercream cake with white chocolate drip and pearl sprinkles.
66 Mustang replicated in cake based on the photos of the birthday boy's own car. It was about 19"longx 7" long.
First anniversary cake based on the couple’s wedding cake design we provided the previous year.
Wedding cupcakes iced in a pastel colour palette, decorated with pretty piping and sugar rosebuds, sweet peas and craspedia flowers to complement the bride’s bouquet.
Cupcakes to coordinate with 1920’s/30’s Great Gatsby/Downtown wedding styling set against the backdrop of Christmas in a gold, ivory and subtle green colour palette, with sugar flowers and decorations reminiscent of the era - calla lilies, orchids, feathers. Piped/sequinned/beaded designs inspired by the bride’s Stephanie Allin Couture ‘Ingrid’ bridal gown.

I made this masked girl for the Carnival Caker's 2017 Collaboration. The sequins are made of gelatin and piping and positioning them was a real labour of love. But I still cant quite believe that I made her :)
