My second cake and first attempt at fondant. There are a LOT of mistakes, including the fondant drying out too much before smoothing, It looks wet, because well, it is. I was trying to smooth out the cracks in the fondant and was using water to apply the dots. Yellow cake w/ plain buttercream filling and fondant.
