abromavm on 14 Sep 2007 , 4:59pm Shoot, nobody mentioned a bad taste! Getting the color right was tough, and it defintely took a lot, but to me it didn't taste "off". I used a powdered meringue based buttercream with all butter, so maybe that was helpful.
