This was a walnut cake per my friends request. Her parents were celebrating 40 years of marriage. I found out the hard way that when adding nuts to a cake, make sure they are ground up fine or you can have blow outs when trying to frost. You can see mine next to the cowboy hat. It isnt my best work, but her mom loved.
