This cake I made for a friend of my daughters that was getting married the week before Christmas. This was for her wedding shower. The bottom layer is Chocolate cake, and the top layer is white cake. The icing is butter cream. I used some Hazelnut flavor I got from Watkins for the icing and they loved it. Made Christmas truffles to put around the cake. And a chocolate bowl on top filled with truffles. It seemed to be a hit.
