Strawberry New Years Day Cake
This is a strawberry cake with a strawberry coulis filling. Wrapped in white and dark chocolate with a stabalized whipped cream icing. It says Happy New Year in chocolate but that did not come out to well. Topped with blueberries, chocolate covered strawberries and bordered with blackberries. Special thanks to every one in the chocolate wrap thread in the forums who gave me great advice and to Shirley W who sent me the instructions on how to do a chocolate wrap.

Your chocolate wrap is beautiful! Did you just marble a bit of dark through the white? Or was it more difficult than that? Please share!
I drizzled the dark chocolate then I put it in the freezer. I then colled the white chocolate and put it on top. I was trying to get the marbeling effect. Thanks for your complements!
