Carrot Cake, with cream cheese icing, also fresh flowers. I made this for a small wedding at a very fancy restaurant for tonight. I hope they like it. I was only supposed to drop it off, with no flowers on the cake, but you all know how it goes. I wanted to place the flowers on the cake so I would not have an angry bride. But I am satisfied with how it turned out.
