Snowman is made of cupcakes iced with buttercream icing. The eyes, nose and mouth are also buttercream, but could easily be done with fondant.

this is great! what tips did you use?
I used a #12 for all of it. For the eyes, nose and mouth I made the outline and then I filled it in and let it crust over and then smoothed it with my fingers.
