Sea Shell Theme

The inspiration for this cake came from a designer called Deesigner Wedding Cakes (pic in issue 18 of Wedding Cakes magazine). The couple had a destination wedding in Hawaii, and this cake was for a brunch reception. They wanted cupcakes to keep the event kid-friendly. Each cupcake has a molded sea shell chocolate, brushed with luster dusts.
